Rule clarification: You will ONLY spend courage when moving up the map, not sideways, like I do in this video. This is called "Advancing". For the beachmaster specialist, you only gain +3 soldiers when "advancing" (moving up), not moving sideways.

33:55 I claimed a courage RWB but I actually got 2 red and 1 blue, not 1 of each color.
