We'll tell them if they are a teacher, or doctor, or perform community service, or they're parts of charity, or they want a career in a noble profession. Or they simply need this done so that they can get a decent paying job. We'll let the court know something personal about you when we prepare this petition and in our affidavit that we have you signed, we'll also have you swear under oath about why you need this done, which we think is powerful evidence when filing this petition with the court.

If you're doing it on your own, you will need to take the petition, the certificate, the affidavit and order, and make sure to make a photocopy of all of that. Write a letter to the judge with a copy of all four aforementioned items and send it to the judge's judicial assistant. Make sure that you get the correct judge and correct judicial assistant and address because if you send it to the wrong judge, you may get returned, creating another delay in the process.
