Steamed Manti (Central Asian Dumplings) – Juicy & Authentic Recipe!

Learn how to make traditional Central Asian steamed manti from scratch! Soft elastic dough, juicy minced meat filling, and perfectly steamed dumplings — this recipe is simple and incredibly delicious.

Dough Preparation:
In a large bowl, add 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 cup of water, and about 3 cups of flour. Mix well until you get a soft, elastic dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
