One roll and you are good to go, a wholesome protein rich veg roll. Fiber and mineral rich vegetables with protein rich paneer wrapped in carb rich Whole wheat chapati with a probiotic yogurt spread made this roll a wholesome meal for you.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat 300 gr.
Vegetables : Onion, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage and Garlic
Paneer 250 gr.
Moong Dal 50 gr.
Yogurt : 1 cup
Spices : Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Coriander Powder,
Salt & Pepper
Tomato Ketchup
