Banned for the Most Obvious Throw in Esports History

Okay, so you want to throw a professional match in your esport. You should be subtle about it right? You know, so you don’t get caught.

But in this case a Rocket League team on the verge of making the playoffs decided to throw a pivotal series on-the-fly, mid-match.

Because of that, the entire team was dropped from the org, and Psyonix, the developer of Rocket League, has banned two players for an entire year.
