Grey Butcherbird’s melodious calls

The Grey Butcherbird belongs to a family that includes other Butcherbirds, Magpies and Currawongs. Although it has not the repertoire the Australian Magpie exhibits it does not disappoint regarding its calls. A juvenile has made the garden part of his territory and here can be seen drinking a fountain responding to other territorial calls.
