Reacting to @The CAN Family video "Our Baby Boy Is Deaf". As a deaf adult with a mainstreamed upbringing and no access to deaf community, ASL, etc., who has been finding her way through all that and has been advocating for accessibility and deaf awareness on YouTube for almost 10 years, I get a little worried about videos like these from hearing families.

Thankfully, the video is more of a breath of fresh air than I thought it would be since the CAN Family does seem open to also including access to sign language and the like, but I do send encouragement to find a deaf community, talk to deaf people with cochlear implants as well, etc. if possible.
