Barney Error (MS-DOS Edition)

Yep, that's right. I'm finally back to the Barney Error Scene (Gosh I missed these..)
I've had this idea ever since the NES Edition struck out, and the fact that I still watch CECOfficial's Old Content for the hell of it.

Just like CECOfficial's C64 and GBA, I tried to make this sound realistic for an MS-DOS program, Sampling rate limited to 22050 Hz, but mostly 11025 Hz to match Doom's Sound Capabilities. I wouldn't say it's perfect, so expect some Inaccuracies as I'm not really an MS-DOS expert.
