poe 2 - 0.5 - mana stacking cooldown chronomancer - t15+ - build and gameplay - part 2

One billion button presses for a decent payoff. If you are a fan of really active playstyles then this is for you lol.
This build almost feels like learning a whole new game. There are so many different ways to min max damage and survivability with the toolset. I cleared the main questline and semi juiced t15s with this setup.
