IN this video, I talk about the experience of Enlightenment. The world that you see with your physical eyes is the world of dualities, it is made up of pairs of opposites, like pleasure and pain, heat and cold, happiness and sorrow, honour and dishonour, birth and death and so on. So if you give importance to one, the other is bound to follow.

If you think that you can simply have happiness without experiencing any sorrow, then you are gravely mistaken or if you think you can have pleasure without having any pain, then you're surely under an illusion.

It's because these two are the sides of the same coin, if you choose one, the other is sure to come with it, you just cannot do anything about it. That's how this world of plurality works. If you become happy when people respect you, then you will surely get unhappy, when they stop giving you the respect. Isn't that so? If you become happy when things are in your favor, then you're bound to become unhappy and upset when things go wrong in your life.

So if you choose one, the other is bound to come with it. Then what is the way out? That's what true spirituality is all about. It shows you the way to go beyond all the pairs of opposites, it holds your hands and takes you beyond this world of dualities. All the scriptures of this world, be it Bhagvad Gita, Bible, Dhammapad, and all the enlightened masters talk about only this thing, they talk about how you can transcend these pairs of opposites.
