I made the basis from the newspaper. I twisted the tubes from two sheets using a wooden stick. Glued together.
I put putty on top and let it dry.
Decorated with a piece of cardboard. She made flowers from pistachio scarlops. I also used ready-made cardboard decorative elements and elements from self-hardening clay, which I made using silicone molds.

Painted with acrylic paint. First I painted it black and let it dry. Then I applied the rest of the colors with a sponge.
