You've Probably Never Seen the Real King James Version

I want certainty wherever God gives it to me. And I understand, I do, why people assume that the translation of the Bible God has used so often in their lives must be perfectly right. Perfectly settled. I understand why they don't want it to change. But even a book like the KJV that has existed only in modern times, only since after the advent of printing, ends up requiring textual criticism to set right. David Norton did that work and produced a KJV everyone should know about. His KJV is, in that sense, the "real KJV." But in another sense, there is none. There have been multiple KJV editions since 1611, and none of them (till Norton) accurately reflected, in full, the decisions of the KJV translators.
