Kubota 3 cylinder diesel Zexel injection pump rebuild Part 2

I purchased a former Air Force Light plant, that had a 3 cylinder Kubota diesel in it. The injection pump was locked up, and would not allow fuel to flow to the injectors. In part 1, I got the pump apart. Now it is time to clean it and put it back together!

Follow along with me as I disassemble and figure out what the problem is, and fix it!
