Spirtual Loc Cleanse~How & Why I Do It~Why I Locked My Hair

After 9 years of having locs, I've decided to do a spiritual/sage loc cleanse. It was a VERY reflective and therapeutic exercise that I hope you all try.

This can be done on any type of hair but it's very beneficial for anyone with locs, because our hair doesn't shed so we hold on to years of hair and every emotion that comes with it.

Items Used;
-Dried Sage Smudge Stick (you can dry your own)
-100% pure & therapeutic essential oils ( I used clary sage, grapefruit, cedarwood and geranium)
- A crystal or crystals of your choice. (I used blue apatite)
-cleanser of your choice (I used African black soap diluted in warm water)
-Clear intentions and vibrations
-time to yourself
