Wanting to give Mikmik (Sophia Reola) some of her medicinal plants, Grace (Shaina Magdayao) brings the young girl and Michael (RK Bagatsing) to her humble home. This, in turn, causes Katrina (Cristine Reyes) to become jealous. Because of this, Katrina tries to discredit Divina’s nurse in Mikmik’s eyes. Unknown to Katrina, Ruth (Matet de Leon) finally confirms her hunch about the accident that almost put her pregnancy in jeopardy. Elsewhere, Atty. Sandejas (Nina Ricci Alagao) decides to strike a deal with Divina (Pilar Pilapil).

After learning about Amber's (Krystal Mejes) final plans for Britney's (Heart Ramos) birthday party, Mikmik (Sophia Reola) and Joseph (Miguel Vergara) choreograph a surprise dance number with Katrina's (Cristine Reyes) help. Meanwhile, Michael (RK Bagatsing) and James (Enzo Pineda) are distressed to find out David's (Dante Rivero) condition. They then visit their father at the hospital, only to learn about his hunch against Divina (Pilar Pilapil) and Katrina. Because of this, Michael’s household comes up with a plan to help him in taking care of David. Elsewhere, Grace (Shaina Magdayao) recalls why she was fired from her former job.

Mikmik (Sophia Reola) learns about David's (Dante Rivero) health condition when she visits Divina (Pilar Pilapil). Because of this, Michael (RK Bagatsing) reluctantly agrees to Mikmik's wish of visiting her grandfather. Meanwhile, Amber (Krystal Mejes) finalizes her preparations for Britney's (Heart Ramos) birthday party. She then assigns different tasks for the maids and orders her guests to wear costumes to her liking. While at work, James (Enzo Pineda) and Anna (Michelle Vito) discreetly continue their courtship.
