'US and Iranian Warships Endure TENSE Standoff in Persian Gulf'

The US Navy has released a video of a “tense” and “dangerous” encounter with an Iranian speedboat in the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

The Navy said its Middle East-based 5th Fleet had an ”unsafe and unprofessional” encounter with three vessels from Tehran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The incident led to the one American ship firing a warning flare, as the US military claimed the speedboats buzzed the USS Sirocco and USNS Choctaw County at a “dangerously high speed”.
