Ingredients：
* 150g All purpose flour 中筋面粉 1cup
* 78g Milk 牛奶 1/3cup
* 1.5g Yeast 酵母 1/2tsp
* 15g Sugar 糖 1tbsp+1/2tsp
* 6g Butter 1/5oz
Ferment for about 30 minutes, Then start steam with cold water. Steaming for about 9 minutes, then turn of the heat.
醒发30分钟左右，然后冷水上锅蒸9分钟关火
