▶Toronto Raptors power forward Pascal Siakam looks like he is going to be a big star in the NBA. Some of his highlights from this season were when he scored 44 points against the Washington Wizards and when he scored 32 points in Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors. He is so good, that some people have been asking if he, not Kawhi Leonard, is the best player on the Raptors. He sometimes communicates with his teammate Serge Ibaka in French so that their opponents do not know what they are saying. His nickname is "Spicy P." He is going to have to step up and be more consistent in the 2019 NBA Finals because he is going up against Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. The Raptors need to win every game that Kevin Durant is not playing in. Draymond Green said after Game 1 that Siakam had a great game and that he had to do a better job of stopping Pascal.

▶Pascal Siakam, also referred to by the nickname "Spicy P", is a Cameroonian professional basketball player for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. He played college basketball for the New Mexico State Aggies and was named the conference player of the year in the Western Athletic Conference in 2016. Siakam was selected by Toronto in the first round of the 2016 NBA draft with the 27th overall pick. As a rookie, he received multiple assignments to the NBA Development League, and helped lead Raptors 905 to a D-League title while earning D-League Finals Most Valuable Player honors in 2017.

▶The Toronto Raptors are a Canadian professional basketball team based in Toronto, Ontario. The Raptors compete in the National Basketball Association, as a member club of the league's Eastern Conference Atlantic Division. The team was founded in 1995 as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada, along with the Vancouver Grizzlies. The Raptors have been the only Canadian-based team in the league since the Vancouver Grizzlies relocated from Vancouver, British Columbia to Memphis, Tennessee prior to the 2001–2002 NBA season. The Raptors play their home games at the Scotiabank Arena.

▶Kawhi Leonard is an American professional basketball player for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. Leonard played two seasons of college basketball for the San Diego State Aztecs, and was a consensus second-team All-American as a sophomore. He was selected by the Indiana Pacers with the 15th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft, but was traded to the San Antonio Spurs the same day. After seven seasons with the Spurs, Leonard was traded to the Raptors in 2018.

▶Serge Ibaka is a Congolese-Spanish professional basketball player for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. Ibaka was drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder's former incarnation, the Seattle SuperSonics, with the 24th overall pick in the 2008 NBA draft. Ibaka is a three-time NBA All-Defensive First Team selection and has twice led the league in blocks. Although born in the Republic of the Congo, Ibaka plays for the Spanish national basketball team in international competition.
