My Workout Split
Monday - Lower Body
Tuesday - Upper Body
Wednesday - Lower Body / Booty Focus
Thursday - Cardio + Abs
Friday - Full body or whatever I felt like on that day.

Always did a 10 - 20 minute warmup and glute activation (on lower body days) before going into weight training.
