Bamboo Eco Village of Bali
Stunning & Sustainable; Bali’s newest eco-friendly development
Want to own a sustainable slice of Bali? Well you’re in luck!
Five Pillar Foundation are working on an exciting project, pioneering an eco-friendly bamboo village in Tabanan Bali!
The Bamboo Village project will be developed over two hectares of land, and will include eco bamboo houses, an onsite permaculture garden, organic restaurant, yoga area, a pool and more. The Bamboo Village project is open to anyone, with the average cost sitting around 650,000 IDR or $48,000 USD and includes a land ownership certificate, a two-story villa, landscaping and gardening, plus amenities like hot water, electricity and even some furnishings!
Designs are fully customizable, so interested parties can choose to build a larger or smaller eco house, and there is the option to include add-ons like a private swimming pool, although there are additional costs involved in customizing your eco-house. The average build time ranges from between four and six months, after which the house is fully operational! There’s also an opportunity to lease one of the houses on a 10-year contact.
About two hours from the hustle and bustle of Kuta beach, Tabanan has no shortage of natural beauty. With breathtaking mountain views, lush rice paddy terraces and beautiful black sand beaches, Tabanan provides visitors a glimpse of the unspoiled richness and diversity that Bali has to offer. It’s the perfect scenic escape, and Five Pillar’s goal is to share nature’s splendor with travelers, while protecting the delicate and diverse ecosystem that has made Bali the popular getaway it is today. Management of the Bamboo Village will be undertaken by Five Pillars Foundation themselves, and whenever you’re not staying in your private slice of paradise, they’ll rent it out as an eco-stay to other holiday makers, helping to ensure you receive a return on your investment.
