Simple and effective cleanse detox smoothie that’s packed with nutrients, helps with digestion, and supports your body’s natural detox processes:

🥬 Easy Cleanse Detox Smoothie Recipe
✅ Ingredients:
1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
1 cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
1/2 green apple (for fiber and sweetness)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
1/2 frozen banana (optional, for creaminess and sweetness)
