Fix Mini R52 Top goes into sunroof stage but won't unlatch to go down

I had a 2004 Mini Cooper convertible and it's convertible roof only goes until "sunroof stage". When I click the down roof button again, the windows go down, but the latch won't release. And through all this, the top up roof button just flashes red. In this video I'll show you how to diagnose and how to fix. Its easy :-)
