How 'realistic' is the Cadian Shock troopers equipment? | Astra Militarum lore | Warhammer 40,000

As a former soldier, I look at the Cadian Shock equipment and assess if it is realistic or not. Clearly Warhammer 40k is a fictional universe however it is still interesting to understand if it would actually work in the battlefield.
