Riding a mustang at liberty in Montana USA (Matthias Geysen)

This is a 8 year old mustang named Nimh.
He was captured in Jackson Mountain, Nevada at 4 years old.
I gave a 5 day clinic in Montana (USA) during this clinic I worked with him.
We started with some groundwork to get a nice connection between both of us.
After this I rode him with a neckrope to see how he was responding to my body language. After adjusting to each other we were ready for the next step, riding at liberty.

We did this in the arena at first to see how he was responding to this “new thing”. When we had a good connection in this situation as well we were ready to go outside and enjoy being together in a beautiful scenery.
