I learned the hard way so you don't have to

I injured my back a couple years ago and since then things have never been the same. after getting our allotment last year I started this spring by going full out trying to get it up and ready for the summer.

I now realise that I went too hard and too fast with a bad back and now I'm paying the consequence of that riff a flare app.
