Welcome to Entrepreneur By Choice. This is the continuation of the book summary Stop Saying You’re Fine; this is the part 2 of the video summary. In this video, I talk about the five mental walls that you’ll hit when you try to get what you wanted. Also, we will be looking at the philosophical aspect of being stuck.

The Five Mental Walls are:

1. Feeling rejected
2. Feeling overwhelmed
3. Feeling unmotivated
4. Feeling like a fraud
5. Feeling discouraged

When you look at the most philosophical aspect of being stuck, there are really two basic concepts that cut to the heart of it. These are the struggles that occupy everyone through out his or her life. These two struggles are ownership and challenge.
