Get Up
Steve demonstrates various ways to do a Get Up exercise, designed to improve your activities of daily living, burn calories and improve conditioning. This exercise is great for any full body or cardio and conditioning workout program. (Note: this is not a Turkish Get Up, which is a weighted exercise, often performed with a kettlebell.)
