Valdese Lakeside Park - Lake Rhodiss (NC) Crappie... Brief Trip Jerkbait ... was actuallly using a Rapala hoping to catch a bass or striper but was happy to catch a nice crappie and had another follow to the bank. Very nice park and I believe the walking trail if paved with crused cinder, so very soft and won't puddle. They are building a fishing pier and were knocking trees down on the bank across from where I briefly fished. I walked to 3 different fishing point access off the trail. My first and only time ever there.
