Did you know that it's illegal to make DLC content that's better than the base game? This law first came into practice after the release of "The Knife of Dunwall" and "The Brigmore Witches" expansions for Dishonored. The ESRB told Arkane Studios that they were making all the other game developers look bad and could they please just release half assed skin packs like everybody else. Arkane responded by making Prey, but the ESRB sabotaged the audio mixing on NPC's in that game so it didn't sell very well. Microsoft then bought Bethesda, and Arkane was forced to make a Dishonored clone where you play as Steve oh my god that actually sounds awesome
