Zero Turn Mower Won’t Start - Quick Fix [2021] Brand new Z781i Kubota zero turn mower would not start. It would crank but wouldn't start. Here's what I did to fix it and this goes for any mower, not just this fuel injected one. The mower display was showing an error code 21 set and I couldn't find information anywhere about what the cause was so I went back to the basics and found a bad fuse. It wasn't a blown fuse but a defective one.
