Nikon P1000: Max Zoom Range Test - Sunset (74KM/46 Miles)

Having a set of islands in your backyard plus a couple of dormant volcanoes make for some great #zoom range tests.

Every now again I like to test the #nikon #p1000 out under different weather conditions and at different times of the day to see how it impacts the maximum zoom range. Both the focal/physical and the slightly sketchy digital zoom.

Now keep in mind this camera is old enough to be starting out its education when you watch this. The cooler twilight sunset conditions actually help in revealing some of the details at the furthest zoom range.
