Aterciopelados - What's In My Bag?

Andrea Echeverri and Héctor Buitrago of Aterciopelados stopped by Amoeba Hollywood recently and opened up their shopping bags for us to see! Aterciopelados formed in Bogota, Colombia in the early 1990s, releasing their first album, Con el Corazón en la Mano, in 1994. Aterciopelados combines rock with electronic elements and traditional Colombian and Latin American music, and often features politically, socially, and environmentally conscious messages. They have released 8 albums to date, including 2008's Rio, won two Latin Grammys, were nominated for Grammy awards, and named one of the top 10 contemporary global bands by Time Magazine.
