Star Citizen 3.9 Flying for Beginners

This video contains information on take-off, landing, and quantum travel. It does not have combat.
Missed something here are the basics:

Mouse Wheel: move top speed limiter
U: Turn on sytems
I: Turn on engines
W, A, S, D: Directional Thrusters
Q, E: roll
Crtl: down thrust
Space-bar: up thrust
C: cruise control
V: alternate cruise control
F4: Switch to third person/ hold Z to rotate views
R: Switches different gimble modes
N: Pick up, drop landing gear

To take off you have to use your Comm menu and contact the hanger to open the doors. Align your mouse to the nose of the ship to avoid initial conflicts and gently hit space to raise off the ground. Use W and angle upwards to roughly 60 while leaving atmosphere.

To Land you have to contact the station, port, or hanger to get a landing pad (wrench inside circle). Drop landing gear with N, and then slow down above the pad and lower with ctrl.

To warp press B to see the warp points, hover over the one you want, wait for calibration and then hold B to warp.

To set route hit F2 to see the map (you probably have to zoom out immediately), click your desired location and then click 'Set Route' at the top. This system is buggy so be patient. Sometimes you have to clear the route to set a new route, and sometimes you have to close and open your mobiglas and sometimes you just have to do it manually.

NOTE: I forgot to mention that on your speed bar on the left the blue section is the speed that your ship can go and fully maneuver. The red section are all speeds that require more time or energy for your ship to maneuver and are generally used for straight lines only.
