in this video you will find out just portion of my journey from doing ordinary mobile mechanic job at clients house to opening my own shop and scale my business in less than 3 years to big opportunity, in these couple years i was able not just became a good auto tech and entrepreneur, also i was able to train many others and give them this opportunity to become a successfully busniess owners like me.

i have been through a lot of challenges in my life since i began mobile mechanic, i came to the point i told myself i wanna quite, i don't wanna do it anymore, is not worth it, but i decide to keep going, not give up, i had to tell myself everyday this is the way i should go and scale this business, after 3 years doing mobile mechanic i was able to turn this business to 7 figure business, from single person operation all the way sometime last 12 employee, but i decide to choose quality instead of quantity of employee, i fired some of them and kept the best one, i train to have meeting constantly with them spend time with each of them individually and teach them what i learned and learn what they know, i wanna be involved in every job and complaint and anything happens inside the company in daily basis to understand and bring best solution not just by myself by everybody inside my team, i really proud each one them they are working hard inside this company and proud of them because of their hard work and dedication and honesty...
