What lights you up inside can be your greatest asset at work. When Yoga Instructor Aaron started freestyling rhymes in his classes, he discovered a way to bring even more happiness and inspiration into their time together.
“I just had to realize that something I do for fun — other people look at that as a talent,” Aaron says. “That’s what I think yoga is: It’s slowly understanding who you are and being true to you. I think you shine brighter that way.”
