We are seeking support due to an unexpected and time-sensitive relocation situation involving rural property zoning compliance.
We originally purchased and began establishing ourselves on an acre of rural land after being informed it was suitable for our intended off-grid residential setup. Based on that understanding, we invested in building a simple, self-sustaining living arrangement.
Recently, we were notified that our current setup does not fully comply with county zoning requirements for the property. As a result, we are now required to modify or relocate our living situation within a limited timeframe.

Although the initial concern that triggered the review has since been clarified and resolved through communication, the zoning determination itself remains in effect, and compliance is still required.
At the same time, we are still financially tied to the property through ongoing payments, which makes this transition more difficult to manage.
CURRENT SITUATION

We do have a secondary parcel of land that is fully paid for and intended to be our long-term location. However, it is not currently accessible for immediate relocation because road access and basic entry clearing still need to be completed before it can safely support living and moving operations.

This creates a temporary but urgent gap:
We must vacate or adjust our current property due to zoning requirements

We cannot yet relocate directly onto our secondary land

We must secure temporary housing and transition support in between
WHY WE ARE REQUESTING SUPPORT

This situation was not anticipated and has created a financial burden we are not currently prepared to absorb.

We are seeking support to bridge the gap between compliance requirements and long-term stability.

Storage for belongings during transition if needed
