Honey Egg Bread(Poolish)

模具:20cm x 20cm x 5cm 焗盤
(20cm x 20cm x 5cm baking pan)

[波蘭種] Poolish
材料: Ingredients

1.高筋麵粉70g Bread flour
2.即發酵母0.5g至1g Instant yeast
3.水70g (室溫) Water, room temperature

麵包麵團Bread dough
材料: Ingredients

1.雞蛋2隻約110g Eggs
2.蜜糖40g Honey
3.波蘭種 以上份量Poolish
4.黃糖20g Sugar
5.鹽 1g Salt
6.高筋麵粉 200g Bread flour
7.即發酵母 2g Instant yeast
8.無鹽牛油 25g Unsalted butter
