Racing sit&switch C1 with sliding seat

Implementation of a sliding seat from a rowing boat into a racing sit&switch single canoe.

This enables a catch further forward than normal, and a really long stroke. The paddle is in the power zoom for longer, plus the muscles from both legs used to deliver a powerful leg drive.

The technique takes a lot of getting used to to get the full effect.
