Seeking Alpha Dropped Proterra $PTRA Stock? Maybe Not... (Clarification)

On July 12th, Proterra's stock experienced a sharp decline, dropping over 15%! Many investors and traders speculated that the true reason behind the dip was the recent Seeking Alpha article, titled “Proterra is Promising but a Little Too Expensive”. In addition, a lot of rumors have also been going around that the selling has been from PIPE investors. Although these two possibilities could have been the reason for the drop, we believe otherwise and share some telling information from their updated S1 filing that refutes people's claims.
