Ingredients:
• Basmati rice
• Oil
• Meat of your choice
• Onions
• Garlic
• Ginger powder
• Tomatoes
• Salt
• Onion powder
• Garam masala powder

Instructions:
1. Boil the meat as shown in the video.
2. After 25 minutes, remove the meat from the stock and brown it in oil. Set it aside.
3. In the same pot, fry onions until golden brown.
4. Add tomatoes, reduce the heat, and let them cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add salt, garlic, ginger powder, a teaspoon of brown sugar, and garam masala. Stir and let cook for 2 minutes.
6. Return the browned meat to the pot along with washed rice and the stock.
7. Let it cook, then check the rice after 10 minutes. Stir and turn the food.
8. Add butter, cover with foil, and leave on low heat until fully cooked.
