Is it okay If my back cracks | Joints pop easily
There are two common causes of joints making popping or cracking noises.
1. Cavitations. If this happens very easily, it could be a sign of being really loose or lax in the ligaments and joint capsules. In these instances, strengthening around the joints is helpful.
2. Crepitus. This is when joint surfaces are rough, usually due to arthritis. In these cases, massage, mobilizations, and keeping active without too much stress on the joints are helpful.
