This year's conference, hosted by the Partnership for Strong Communities, was held virtually due to the safety concerns presented by COVID-19. Presenters will share the fundamentals to LIHTC developments and their role in solving Connecticut’s affordable housing needs. Presenters will demonstrate how the process can be taken from a concept to a reality including developing a team, aligning credits and other funding sources, and formulating a development plan. Attendees can bring their technical questions to ask of the experts.
