--- How to keep glasses from fogging when wearing a face mask ---

Using double sided dress tape or medical tape and make it into a double sided tape, then tape along the inside of the face mask or n95 mask to create a seal on the top so the hot air of your breath goes out the sides or the front of the mask. Any medial tape will do. You can buy it online easily or from a chemist.
