The first Lesson by cataplasm is already available on Patreon*!

Each lesson is based on a brand new piece, composed exclusively for this purpose by us – Nikol (composer) and Jan (producer). We will guide you through steps you need to know for playing the piece by yourself. When you are ready there is a stunning music arrangement, so you can play along with the feeling you are part of the band or orchestra. But that’s not all at all! In every lesson we will teach you the scale, the piece you are learning is basically made from and what is the most – you will learn how to improvise, using what you have already learned.

– recording of the arrangement without the piano part so you can play along with it

– document with the matters covered in the lesson

Lesson created by Nikol Bóková and Jan Bók Vala, who founded Cataplasm project as a platform for creating videos, documentaries, music videos, masterclasses, concert recordings, piano lessons, improvisations... In 2022, they established a music label and they continue their creative journey under the banner of Soleil et Pluie Records.
