If you are told your identity verified but your claim is still pending, I personally recommend to contact your assembly member.

My personal experience was very weird.
And EDD rep even told me it’s very strange to see there was an identity issue holding my payment regardless of verification.

I had to do everything I could try to solve my money issue. It was extremely difficult to survive without money.
Unforeseen pending payment put me live in a pending hell.

Email your assembly member to ask EDD assistance and they will require you to send your identity documents and resubmit.

Do everything you can do possibly and let’s get that alert off!!!
