Hi everyone! In this video I'm showing you my 5 best pull-up exercises for strong back. This exercises have helped me get stronger back for advanced movements like front lever, one arm pull-up,... I hope that these 5 exercises will also help you develop stronger back. Some pull-up variations are advanced so please keep in your mind that you need to do everything with full range of motion and with proper form!

V tem videu vam bom pokazal 5 najboljših pull-up vaj, ki so mi pomagale, da sem razvil močnejši hrbet in pomagale so mi tudi pri tem, da sem dosegel bolj zahtevne elemente kot so: front lever, one arm pull-up,... Upam, da bo teh 5 vaj pomagalo tudi vam razviti močnejši hrbet! Prosim zapomnite si, da so nekatere vaje bolj zahtevne in jih morate izvajati pravilno (kot je prikazano v videu), ker drugače lahko pride hitro do poškodb!
