It's always a debate even amongst rhinoplasty surgeons what's the best way to do this?

Closed rhinoplasty means all the incisions are completely on the inside of the nose versus open rhinoplasty which is a combination of incisions on the inside of the nose and an open rhinoplasty also includes the incision across the columella - that's really the only difference and it's really about the approach on how you get in the nose it's not what the little maneuvers are we're doing inside the nose.
