Ingredients
2-3 of your favourite peppers - emptied and top cut off (save the top)
I used part of a green pepper chopped small (optional)
1 onion, sliced or finely chopped
300g (give or take) of minced meat - whatever type you like - I used beef
2 cloves of fresh garlic minced
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of ground coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
Ground green chillies to taste
Salt to taste
1 or 2 tomatoes or 6 cherry tomatoes blended
Fresh/frozen coriander to taste
1 packet of microwave rice or fresh rice if you prefer
