GoldenEye Secret Island GLITCH on Switch?

In this #shorts video, we take a look at a weird glitch I found on the Nintendo Switch rerelease of GoldenEye 007, having to do with the Dam Secret Island. But did I miss something? Was this actually on the original Nintendo 64 as well? What are some of the similarities or differences between the Nintendo 64 version and Nintendo Switch version of GoldenEye 007?
