UHSussex Patient First Star Awards - 2022

Highlights from our staff recognition awards which was held at the Worthing Assembly Hall on Wednesday 25 May 2022.

The Trust’s annual STAR Awards ceremony recognises our hardworking staff and volunteers who embody the ideals of our Patient First programme, which is focused on building the culture and systems we need to continue improving and re-thinking the way we work to make sure all our patients receive the same excellent standards of care every time they need us.

Each of this year’s award categories reflects one or more of the qualities behind that ambition, from kindness and compassion to innovation, commitment and exemplary standards of care on the frontline and within our support services.
